Pay by Phone or Text
This secure and fast system enables the customer to pay for parking by credit / debit card, mobile phone or landline and supplying the location of the car park and the time slot required. Drivers may opt to be reminded [by text message] that the allocated time is about to expire, so that a further purchase can be made without returning to their vehicle. Drivers can choose to pay for parking whilst on site or in advance. The parking transaction can then be viewed online and printed. This payment method removes the necessity for cash or the need to display a parking ticket in the car, as our CCP patrol officers will recognise the mobile phone payment via a handheld device.
Pay & Display
We supply modern, solar or mains powered Pay & Display equipment enabling production of tickets, audit facilities and statistical data and unrestricted vehicular entrance. Payment can be made by cash, credit / debit card, phone, smart card or value card. Payments can be made in advance or on the day. Payments may also be refunded [subject to a minimum spend in selected retailer’s stores]. We provide signage displaying tariff details, terms and conditions and information. We can also provide management services including highly trained, uniformed patrol officers to supervise and maintain the car park.
Signage
We can provide custom signage with or without the need for a management fee. A full signage survey will be carried out to enable us to make recommendations based on local authority planning guidelines/restrictions. We provide a full advisory service to guarantee clients are confident that the customer is supplied with all the relevant information therefore ensuring minimum liability claims. Signage can either feature CCP corporate colours or be customised to include client branding. Signage will provide information including: tariff, terms & conditions, prohibited activity, disclaimers, height and speed restrictions, local places of interest and directions.
